Something has to change every day we’re hearing news about someone in the executive branch under investigation, whether justified or not, creates instability, raises serious questions about judgment in appointments, and undermines confidence in our institutions.

My nephew has a chemistry degree running blood tests at a hospital. After a good first-year review, he got just a 1.6% raise. With 2024 inflation at 2.9%, he actually lost purchasing power. Meanwhile, the parent company CEO makes $23.8M. Is this fair compensation structure?
