The US with Trump is now alienating itself from Nato and its European allies and is openly aligning with Putin's Russia. The future looks really dark and dim. As European, I don't understand why we can't ignore him & instead make ourselves stronger without the US.

I can't understand why trump has a role in Russia Ukraine ceasefire negotiations. He's on Putin's side. He's practically asking Ukraine to surrender. Russia started the war. Trump is giving himself an important role which is useless.
