Worst thing media can do to despots is ignore them. When dealing with Trump, and those like him, media should summarize and preface what they say, e.g., “The president lied about his responsibility for the the young woman’s death.” Then provide links for actual quotes for those who prefer the abuse.

Because there is zero justification for this deployment, Trump should retain the most culpability in that chain … (but, agreed. Any who could have, should have stood up to the lying fascist, if nothing else but to slow the deployment down, and bring more attention to how unjustified the action is.)
