It is definitely a pity. My Ublockorigin on Firefox seems to have been gotten around too. Damn meta and their forcing really bad AI "art" and disinformation on me. I counted, of 10 posts, 6 were suggestions or ads, 3 friends and 1 a group I subscribe to. Ridiculous

I just tried it in incognito and it's still more suggested pages than friends 😔

I think that may have been one of the young men they spoke to on TG4 - he's with PBP isn't he? He's put me to shame anyway, I don't have any Irish, but I am also not claiming to be the greatest patriot that ever lived, and I'm not terrified of immigrants either.

Did you see that TG4 piece where they had a bit with Irelands great patriot Philip Dwyer who could only say "ní thuigim" and then cut to folks who were children of immigrants speaking fluent Gaeilge? It was absolutely beautiful. Summed up the whole ridiculousness of their movement.

They're all putting bots on their webpages these days though, social media doesn't seem to have advanced to that option. And businesses are always seeking to cut down on workforce and increase automation, so the social media support teams will likely contract significantly.
