It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.
It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

As a psychologist who has experience working with competency issues and parenting this practice as described in the article is blatantly unethical, not to mention egregious and cruel. Their efforts of preventing harm to the child is apt to result in exactly that.
