A handy hint - when storing them, wrap them round a cardboard tube, like kitchen roll or cut down from wrapping paper.

Have 4 different issues that are compounding the pain.
One of which I’m on a wait list for surgery, this will remove some of the background pain. The others am still bumbling through the NHS referral system 😩
