Socialist who believes we must defeat fascism, that neoliberal capitalism is no longer viable even by capitalist standards, and that we must consolidate green social democracy – all while building movement strong/large enough to achieve true socialism ASAP
End judicial supremacy

I mean, neoliberalism was always about the golden calf, but Trumpism is neoliberalism on authoritarian steroids

A better capitalist framework is indeed immediately necessary, and it could improve all the concerns/issues you list. But it will not put an end to them; and some people will always be left behind.

And any form of capitalism will eventually go into a crisis of a decade or more, as they always have:

Capitalism goes through a long-term crisis every 3 or 4 decades (Great Depression; 1970s stagflation; 2008 financial crisis). Those were opportunities to end it but the socialist movement wasn't strong enough.
There will be another such crisis near the 2050s. We must build the movement and be ready

Neoliberal capitalism is no longer viable even for capitalists. It could be replaced by socialism but imo our movement isn't strong enough yet. So it's likely to be replaced by either authoritarian nationalism (AN) or by green social democracy. AN is terribly brutal and brings rapid climate disaster

There's a radical current that's always run through America, along with the reactionary current

Actually, the first political champions of neoliberalism were Reagan and Thatcher

She endorsed it and supports it but you're an idiot to say she let down CA. Prop 50 will easily pass, but KP is in a tough battle with the neoliberal establishment who want to maintain control of California and the Democratic party. The same establishment that handed the White House to Donald Trump

Yes but there are differentiations between these that explain what has happened historically with respect to political economy, and what social structure of accumulation (SSA) we must demand to reach the goal you point to (not necessary to know all this of course)

But the way capitalism works is that one 'mode of economics' lasts for a generation until it breaks down and is succeeded by another mode. Neoliberal capitalism replaced post-WW2 regulated capitalism. Now that the neoliberal mode is no longer viable, a new mode will take its place. Fascism or...?

It will take continuous organizing. Even if green social democracy is consolidated, it will still fail some people. And while it will slow climate change, it will not reverse it. After a few decades, GSD too will break down. The social base must be organized by then or we're back where we are now

Standing up for reality and truth is a prerequisite but not adequate. One must also stand up for an alternative to neoliberalism that is not fascism, an alternative to fascism that is not neoliberalism

Guaranteed to get worse before it gets better because right now it gets worse every day. But yes, worthwhile transforming leadership of a movement for green social democracy is what is needed. A major political party must embrace that, and that's what some of these primary contests are fighting over

The Sanders campaigns were important early steps in early stages of a movement. Much more developed movements organized for FDR in 1936 with ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the major media against him, as well of course as all elite sectors of society. He won by historic landslide.
Movement building is key

The Dems have many problems. That's why we're in this mess. The starting point for them is a new direction. Neoliberal capitalism is no longer viable. Only viable directions are authoritarian nationalism or green social democracy. One of those will be consolidated and the outcome will last decades
