The hairdressers wanted £49 to take 3 inches off of the bottom, so I went to my husband's barbers and they charged me £18, it was a bit weird though because he asked me to stand while he cut it (I felt like a right twit).

My lot are all left of centre but Dartford (generally) has always been right wing. The place is a bloody dump, fag butts all over the pavements and rubbish blowing about everywhere. Dog shit etc.

I have to go back once every 2 months or so to see family and I dread it. I left there 35 years ago and have lived in the west country since. Kent is Reform Central now 🤢

You were Essex side back in the day I believe? Whereas I was Kent. I've never been to Lakeside. Our nearest complex is probably West Quay in Southampton or Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. There is a Clarke's Designer Village in Street, Somerset we go to every now and then, very peopley though😬
