Dinner last night. Thighs tomatoes peppers garlic trinity capers, the chicken skin off and re crisped, crumbled on top ( took pic bf the chix skin. ) over grilled polenta. My kids had late shifts ending at 11 pm. Them still living at home means I cherish every minute with/ for them.
