Trump’s MO:
1) create problem
2) blame problem on Democrats
3) try to fix problem and make it worse
4) use problem as excuse to do unrelated things you were going to do anyway
5) Claim credit for fixing problem

You’ll take my ice cream cones from my cold, sticky fingers.

From 2019.

As does Trump…

I wondered the same. But members of the inner hive had access to another without a “gotcha” yesterday.

You do if you’re an authoritarian more concerned about loyalty than comptence.

He’s an oyster farmer, not “trawling for clams”. If you’re going to impugn someone’s reputation, at least get your facts straight.

You make it sound like he’s living in a mansion hanging around country clubs rather than living in a modest house and frequenting local bars. He’s not cosplaying.

One is better than Susan Collins.

Why not both?

Mamdani must have called him “sir”.

Is that a Pomapoo or a pomapee?

You still have not provided evidence Platner has claimed to be “a son of the working class”.

And sons of the working class definitely have choices. JD Vance’s mother was a nurse with a drug problem, and he was raised by a grandfather who worked in a factory. He’s not working class now.
November 21, 2025 at 1:59 PM
That should be son of working class.
November 21, 2025 at 1:38 PM
This is not Reagan and Bush Jr. playing cowboy. It’s walking the walk every day of his life. Regardless of who his parents and grandparents are.

He’s working class. Never claimed to be some of working class. (3/3).

If someone gives you and old truck, and you drive that truck hauling loads for a decade, sleeping in truck stops, coming home to a modest house in a small rural town…you’re a truck driver. You’re working class. This is not Devin Nunes and Scott Bessent cosplaying farming. (2/x)
November 21, 2025 at 2:15 AM
You keep using the phrase “son of the working class”. Has Platner ever made that claim? Has he claimed a working class upbringing? Working class parents? Talked about how his parents struggled to put food on the table? Can you give me a link?

Anyone who is deemed negligent.

Living rooms by highways? Ok…I guess they design highways poorly in Minnesota.

You mean “a tiny vocal minority in every city which is told they are coming”.
November 20, 2025 at 6:28 PM
Same as if you are struck by a car with a driver? Except Waymo definitely had insurance and deep pockets, unlike the car with the driver.
November 20, 2025 at 6:26 PM
And I’ve heard that regular cars kill many more cats per year and no one says “boo”.
November 20, 2025 at 6:21 PM
Ah, but how does it compare to anti-GMO, anti-5G, anti-nuclear power, and climate denial?
November 20, 2025 at 6:18 PM
It’s also virtually impossible to shop. Show me a healthcare facility, pharmacy, laboratory, etc. that publishes their prices in a searchable format. Even if you know exactly what you need they make it impossible to compare.
