Build-a-Bear pulled off an egregious heist of public money for its move to the 415 S. 18th St. location.
IIRC, there was no resolution number at the BOA #HUDZ hearing for the EEZ property tax abatement.
The value of the #WelfareBears incentives awarded was not disclosed when approved.
