Oh, and just a footnote, but I had originally planned on just sharing the technique on here in nested posts, but had to fall back on creating an unlisted page over at my author portfolio blog as it was just too information rich to do on BlueSky. Shame we can't get an expanded word count. Ah well.

Yes, that brings the word count of the first to around 2140, but leads to a much tighter narrative voice as well as a reach that will likely be far more useful for my readers too.
