You're welcome! I'm somewhat rules-oriented, and it has been a struggle for me to lean into breaking traditional haiku form. But it is a joy to learn and expand my skills and be in company with some amazing poets and poetry via these daily prompts.

I appreciate your concern for the form. You may be surprised to know that I am deliberately working on not utilizing 5-7-5 as the contemporary American haiku does not require it. Here are some resources:
