This has always been the way he operates. Going back years. That's what makes him such a successful grifter with the uninformed, and low IQ people, as he puts it. If anyone, anywhere actually thinks he could come up with ANY of his policies, I have a bridge to sell you.

He issues the directive today, and his loyalists act on it the next day. In the meantime, people will bear the consequences while the courts sort it out. A process that could take months or even years. That delay is part of his strategy: creating as much disruption and pain as possible.
