Yes. I'm ashamed to admit I am part of the problem. I binge my K dramas, waiting impatiently for new ones with my favorite people. I recently read an article saying they sometimes work 14-16 hour days, 7 days a week, sleeping in between their scenes because they're exhausted. It's grueling.

The thought of going to a holiday party gives me the shivers. Books are a much better option IMHO. if you get the chance to read Triple Detente, it's a good story. Of course that's only my memory of it. I should probably get a copy and re-read it before recommending it.
