I finally traded in my broken scotch taped together phone for a new one. I even got a smart watch this time around. Some folks setup heart rate monitors and other tools to their watches, but me, I go for important features like turning my watch into a Pip-Boy. I am such a nerd.

I have been stupid and quit taking BP meds for about six months, and I am paying for it now. My body is not happy with me. Hypertension stage 2 and almost hit stage 3. I am having a tricky time with my new meds and hate that I did this to myself. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODIES!

A little update from me.
