↔️Despite the bifactorial model, there is a clear inclination among professionals toward the optimistic view, seen as a bet on innovation. Skepticism showed low internal consistency, suggesting a more ambivalent understanding, meaning a low force of resistance to changes.

↔️In the research, I identified two dimensions. One perspective of enthusiasm, which I classified as "Innovative Journalism", and another, denominated "digital skepticism". Both are present and create tension within journalistic activity.

🖥️📱Journalists are not just daily laborers in news production. They form a community, with beliefs and values that can both enhance changes and stimulate attitudes or barriers in the use and application of technologies to produce news.

🔛If, on the one hand, innovations such as the internet, social media, and now AI have created opportunities, on the other hand, they are part of the problem: a drop in journalism revenue, unequal competition with countless low-quality channels, loss of journalistic authority, among others!

🖥️📱Os jornalistas são não apenas operários do dia a dia da produção de notícias. Eles fomam uma comunidade, com crenças e valores que podem tanto potencializar mudanças, como estimular atitudes ou barreiras no uso e aplicação de tecnologias para produzir notícias.
🔛Se um por lado, as inovações, como internet, redes sociais e agora a IA criaram oportunidades, por outro, são parte do problema: queda de receita do jornalismo, competição desigual com inúmeros canais de baixa qualidade, perda da autoridade jornalística, entre outros!
