I think I found out why the hot water was flowing slow! Just a reminder to flush your hot water tanks at least once a year probably 2 to 3 times if you live in an area with hard water like we have! Otherwise, if you damage corrode and cause your water tank to die faster

So tomorrow I’ll try the same thing but kinda cut portions in half to see how well it holds off hunger. Asiago bagel with some simple, homemade guacamole, three egg omelette with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and a little bit of cheddar cheese.

So talked to a dietitian and trying new things and one is reducing processed meats. So egg with onion and pepper, homemade quick guacamole on a asiago bagel with a slice of cheese. It’s pretty good.

As it was above 20 took dog for hobbles around the lake. His knee is messed up still and universe knows I have several resins to walk like I’m 80. But getting out was good for the spirit and saw one of the eagles that lives around the lake. Dog was very happy to get out.

I have jointed, and planed a board! Once I get a few more pavers down and table saw cleared off I will rip it down and pretty much will have then milled up my first board! Yes, planers make all the shavings! Like I know it was bad but damn. #woodworking #millinglumber

It's finally done!!! Just in time before my friend left! It was going to be a Christmas present but turned into a two days late birthday present!!! I learned so damn much doing this!!

I made a thing! I also made a lot of little fuck ups but that's just part of learning! Now to stain and coat, and clean off the work bench. Still sooooo much stuff to sort through and organize in the basement and it being cold does not really help.

Today was doughnuts using dad’s old recipe! He claimed his mother made these every four days and each day his father would have a cup of black coffee two eggs fried in fat and 2 of these. Been 13 years sense I’ve had these and each bite reminds me of my father! Love you dad!!!

Popcorn balls made! Not as good as dad made them but pretty decent. Tried M&M minis in some and that was not the best. They m&m’s melted and crushed. Letting them get too cold and would not be able to mold. Maybe popcorn bars?

First coat done on door. Still have to replace the sill and threshold but will will take $$$ and I don’t got that at the moment! So “soon” and I got shot in the head from my own caulk! Guess is squeezed too vigorously!! Ha ha second coat tomorrow and more caulk play!
