I'm off to Fort Lauderdale on Thursday for the yearly softballing down there, and it always slays me a bit that the trip coincides with pig week. Not by any means my self-identification, but I appreciate the sex positive enthusiasm of it regardless.

It's been a high mileage year for me, and mostly doesn't feel a ton different. I weigh about the same, I keep about the same pace, but occasionally I have a day like today where I just kinda casually run a 7:15 for my 3rd mile and it feels like maybe I'm building a little bit. 🙃
