UHHHM I really like drawing my OCs first and foremost who are this unholy mishmash of minecraft and D&D and a bunch of other medias I enjoy and like to do some small animations and comics when I am able!

The ADHD DEFINITELY got worse and I'm looking into getting a potential diagnosis for aspergers now too

I definitely have a much milder case than what you've got going on (wide S curve from shoulder blades to lower back) but it's enough that I'm only comfortable if I'm leaning onto my left side now. Standing/sitting straight is Hella painful.

This 1000%. It was determined I had scoliosis during a physical in elementary school (like 7 years old) and to this today my back is pretty much permanently fucked from it because so many pediatricians would just tell my parents "your child will grow out of it" (did that for my ADHD at 14 too 🙄)
