I highly recommend GG Aleste 1 + 2, they're very high quality for being Game Gear games and pretty reasonable difficulty wise! There's also a 3rd one made by M2 in 2020, but I haven't tried it yet myself.

a lot of people i know and follow use RA in their streams, basically as part of their income stream. bungling this isn't just fucking up RA, it risks fucking up everyone downstream of them, all in the service of letting people argue about allowing knockoff Nazimon. frustrating.
