Replaced a perished UPVC door seal today.
4/10 DIY job, don't recommend.
Getting the old one out was a challenge as pulling on it just tore it, after a Google, I created my own makeshift tool as per a thread a saw, worked a treat.
Putting in the new one was a breeze.

There might be other issues with electric cars in the cold, but having de-ice your car isn't one of them!
