We did a bonsai workshop in CO. The grow light shines on them from 9am for 9 hours as we don’t actually have anywhere in the house with enough natural light. They're lurid. Anyway, I can’t help but think that these lil guys will be fun with the bellows at macro distances.

“every human being is worthy of attention and that the origins of every good and evil capability of the universe may be found by observing a single, even very humble, person and the turnings of his or her mind.”

George Saunders, talking as much I am convinced about local journalism as fiction.

Picked this up at a bookshop in Fort Collins as a staff recommendation. Bizarre, impressionistic, challenging in that the three protagonists keep failing and not getting what they want - this tension kept me uncomfortable and on edge. Full of fey and toothy shadows.

So much enjoyment from this little keychain camera.

I found two dead cardinals, weeks apart, in the same spot outside my side door. This was a decade ago. Eventually revised the poem I wrote about the experience, with the help of Tony at Indy Untitled and Ali Trotta via a kickstarter reward.

bad element, replacement less than $45 - nine screws on the outside and two inside the oven. Bonus sweeping behind the range.

Here’s hoping I didn’t look upon wavelengths of light that cause permanent damage cause it was /bright/ when it burned.

Neighbor’s oven to the rescue.

They said there was a thanksgiving years ago when their oven did the same and they finished the pies in the oven at my house- then the previous occupant’s, but the same oven.

Christ, I do not want to replace this very simple oven with a computer.

I was actually worried these frames wouldn’t come off. Biz was a video coach and had other responsibilities but we got a little time to take some photos with Rocinante. Frankenstein 200. #believeinfilm

Gotta make another one of these with “sales guys” and “I want you to work with me and not a big box store.”

Hotel development. All Frankenstein 200, shot on two different days and in the dev at the same time. The paired photos were paired in the tray in the stearman. Not sure why the rooftop pic has such messed up blobbage in it. Maybe it’s just flare.
