Because people *still* don’t understand that overseas students subsidise home students. This is punishing everyone involved.

Really interesting study, looks like the water needs of carbon capture projects has been overlooked - in fact there’s no big picture in water at all, domestic supply is licensed and controlled, biz supply is a free for all. An analogue system in a digital world as Dieter Helm says.
