Costa Rica has a very good healthcare system. I dont know about the education systems. And Ive only talked to workers at resorts, but they said they get paid a very livable wage and are trained in every aspect of of hospitality work and rotate positions weekly.

We dont plug the the Hyundai in at all. It recharges a you drive. Our Jeep had that capacity, but more limited. Thats why the jeep had to be plugged in. We lived on Hawaii island at the time, so there was no long distance car travel to be had.

Dont know about hauling a horse. We have a hitch for 2 electric bikes or an aluminum boat & motor.

We just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. NO PLUG IN NEEDED. The gas mileage is phenomenal, great passenger & cargo space and we do love to car travel so NO PLUG IN ANXIETY.Much better mileage and ride than our previous ride-Jeep Wrangler Hybrid which we loved. Miss the Jeep, Love the Hyundai more.
