🌎 Cleavages calling: KO voters are much more positive about globalization – but again, PiS voters cannot be described as anti-globalization. PiS voters are signifcantly and substantively more negative on 2 aspects: migration and self-perception as a "globalization loser".

🇪🇺 Why? EU trust is much lower among PiS than KO voters, but PiS voters do identify with Europe and are nearly as optimistic about EU and world futures as KO voters.

KO voters’ low government trust and pessimism about their and their country's future likely mobilized electoral change.

🗳️ Comparing PiS with Civic Coalition voters, differences are not as large as expected: PiS voters would more often choose intergovernmental, Civic Coalition voters cosmopolitan solutions.

Over 50% of PiS voters reject pol cosmopolitanism – but nearly 40% of KO voters do, too.

Polish elections are big for the EU – but what do 👉Polish citizens👈 think about EU integration after an era of Eurosceptic government?

We ran a survey just before the election. Indeed, most Poles prefer intergovernmental solutions though there is also support for federal ones.
