and put all the effort I can while I'm working full time.

Also, maybe I can add some other project easier now that I kind of know what I'm doing.

This started as a small post and I quickly got a lot of words to say, I could continue but maybe I can create a blogpost for that.

of running it and I think it can grow a lot. Especially since I'm not @marc_louvion nor I don't have a lot of experience with my own business, my traction is naturally going to take longer even if the product is great so, while I'm discovering how far I can go I'll be patient about it..

Now it's on Nextjs (which I don't really know haha), I have my own db on Hetzner, my own scrapers, sportsjobs newsletter and a lot of tools and resources were added to the pipeline for all to work fine (and it's a tiny business!). My whole respect to all out there with bigger business going on ...

Not only I made my first dollar which felt awesome and I stared at the stripe dashboard totally anxious and like I was now totally in debt with the person who paid but I managed to grow and make sportsjobs much better step by step on top of my fulltime job.

During 2024 I made my first online dollar, I'm currently ~$100 MRR. Not huge but it took a lot of learning and effort. I think I'm quite resilient and despite that it's hard not to drop all of it from time to time if you don't see the success around the corner.
