So since my car is still in the shop i need to go to my teaching job by train today and it's an absolute sensory nightmare. Ppl always say cars are bad, but for my autistic ass it's the only chance at mobility without meltdowns.

So my car didn't pass inspection& one of the headlights needs to be replaced & after ordering TWO replacements that didn't fit, they now have to order directly from the French manufacturer which will take 2 weeks & cost 200€ more& the moral of the story is: don't have a French car from the 2000s 🫠

Can we start saying "a person's reality shapes how fiction affects them"? Everyone responds to the same media differently and it is not a universal experience. MANY things influence how a person reacts to & interprets media such as how they're raised, mental health, education, religion, & culture.🧵
