What are the odds that someone who can design such an agent would find it worth their time to infiltrate survey pools?

You wouldn’t just need agents, you’d also need to set up multiple respondent profiles, with independent IP addresses, etc.

Seems like a big time sink (for Americans anyway)

I’d love a parliament, but PR+pres is attractive because you can do it through normal procedure (rather than amendment).

If the goal is breaking monopolies on governing authority, PR gets it done.

If the goal is executive constraint, it’s tough to imagine a worse system than Westminster
