Mailboxes in the US have rounded tops, so most of the yarnbombing is on telephone/electric poles. Your postboxes offer a lovely platform which allows for more elaborate works of yarn art than we see here! It's a shame that some of the prominent boxes will not be able to sport these creations anymore

I have heard butthole, but not as the name of a place! Imagine living there! It's bad enough living on a street named Noyes and having to explain that it's pronounced noise every. single. time.

I thought a bunghole was the hole in a barrel used for filling it up and then tightly corked. I just used the word they had in the article!
