I’ve long advocated for the press corps to stand in solidarity and do two things:

1. Follow ups should be directly at him being an asshole and defending their coworkers

2. They should absolutely ignore him and refuse to give him any press other than the fact that he’s an asshole

I think we’ll see charges (pending Trump pardons, obviously), but I don’t think it’s going to be during this administration.

That being said, I do thing Hegseth and Patel are wearing out their welcome with Trump and we’ll likely see some junk drawer (Cabinet) rearrangement soon.

I worry more about the data than anything, honestly. They almost certainly aren’t managing it properly. It’s only a matter of time before it’s all compromised.

The surveillance technology can - and should - be mitigated by our next Dem POTUS

Do you remember seeing videos of when Robert Byrd was in the senate and half the time you weren’t sure if he was dead or just sleeping? Poster boy for age limits right there, and also Chuck Grassley. I don’t want to still be working when I’m 70, much less if I lived to be pushing 100.

It was COVID.
