NP! I am a toy collector so I have been following many different fandoms for a long, long time and I’m used to the wait for official merch by now, but I know that most people don’t share that obsession XD
I’ll say though without fail even my most niche, unpopular fandoms usually get SOMETHING xD

I went on a tangent but basically the TL,DR is that there will probably eventually be a ton of merchandise but the show is still REALLY new even though to us it feels like it’s been a while, all of the contracts take a while to figure out but I have no doubt we’ll be inundated with stuff eventually

Also companies not only have to make deals and contracts for who makes merchandise but also iron out stuff like what is allowed/what isn’t etc
Like if one character must ALWAYS look one way in artwork/merch and with Amazon they likely also want to use the merch to advertise a bit as well

go around to different companies and set up deals for rights for different things, if one company makes item A (like a backpack) for example do they have the ONLY right to make that item? For how long? Some agreements may be you can release at one store for 6 months before releasing at others etc

Likely because Helluva Boss is still indie even though it’s now also on Amazon. Merchandising rights for things can take a while to iron out, if you look at the fact that we’re getting several releases from Japanese companies like Banpresto/Goodsmile etc it’s mainly them just having to
