I'm sure it's all well intentioned by Girl Guides, but it's transphobic to say "if someone's biologically female they can join".

Now is a good time to remind people that cubs and scouts are fully inclusive and I recommend that anyone who was thinking about becoming a brownie or a guide should seriously reconsider. Go where you will be welcome, even if you don't fit the stereotype.
