I ordered myself the adorable heckin' Celeste slipmat from Fangamer and oh my gods, I love how clear records look with it~ Definitely worth it for the cuteness upgrade to this whole setup

Welp, after over a year the stock cable on my favourite pair of IEMs died aha~ Thank god they're replaceable ^^
Honestly, non-replaceable cables in audio products has become a big red flag to me, since that's the thing most likely to break on you. And I'm absolutely done with wireless earbuds tbh.

Used the blank side of my copy of Dark Space II by Darkspace (featuring such black metal hits as Dark 2.8, Dark 2.9, AND Dark 2.10) to dial in the anti-skate on this turntable. So productive morning I guess?

I ended up contacting the Cash Converters stores that I got the turntable and amp from, trying to organise a return. In the meantime, I caved and got a more modern Audio Technica direct drive table. It's pretty solid, and will serve as a nice base to build a new setup from ^^

Not gonna lie, kind of a little pissed that Australia Post damaged both my turntable and amp in transit. At least the dust cover can be replaced, but I really shouldn't have to.
