cave princess’ design hit its one year anniversary this past week! (her ‘birthday’ is december 4.) I’d been toying with a ‘fashion cavegirl’ for a while but a year ago is when i hit the nail on the head, i think. I’m proud of the design and really like drawing her! here are some of my favourites. 🦕👑

update: on my new computer, clip studio paint’s task priority is set as high as it can go, and i’m still getting these scary freezes that hang for 5-15 min. i would say it happens hourly if not more frequently than that. I’m stumped (and i’m not switching to Krita), does anyone else’s csp do this?

somehow i never played the first game in the tomb raider survivor trilogy all the way through and now that im past my fear of WOLVES i am just loving it, it’s all my fav silly tropes stacked on top of each other. streaming tonight (right now)!

i love when tintin characters walk directly on the bottom border of a panel. it can be tricky/is a bit of a tangent but tends to work best either completely flat, or with three point perspective (i’ll usually use a low camera pointing upward, with the horizon line matching the panel gutter.)

posting this to remind myself of the get a life marathon next week! they’re finally releasing it on physical media with all the original music intact too. quite possibly the best sitcom ever made (if you’re me), i can’t believe this aired on fox.
