still planning to see a doc, but ive been noticing healing by simply avoiding doing these two things: physical activity, constantly -crossing- my legs, which is i think how i got here 🥴

Shereen has lost most of her extended family and her husband recently (while holding her son) had a chain from an Israeli aircraft fall on him and shatter his arm/ give him a head injury- luckily little Ahmed was safe. She started this fundraiser after this happened because he can no longer help
I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Shereen. Shereen and her husband (a house painter) fled their home early in the war thinking it would only be for 2 days. She lost everything as well as many family members. Her main concern is getting her son, Ahmed, 4 into a kindergarten.
