Not a huge fan of the seats at the Los Feliz 3 (why is the main auditorium sloped up towards the screen???) but American Cinematheque sure puts out more bangers here than The Egyptian, unfortunately.

I’d suggest sticking with it solely for the cast. The kids are phenomenal and given a lot to work with. Taylour Page’s character and performance are both great.
And when it’s not a horror show, that’s where it shines.

But I’m watching it with my pal Amber who’s the biggest hater I know. So if we don’t dig it, at least the conversation afterwards will be fun.
