Picking up the AI video enhancer thing I was working on years ago.
Basically using RIFE to "teach" a baby neural network on just low quality VRchat/Resonite videos so that I can give it a low fps video and get silky smooth animation out of it.

There's this weird as hell bug I saw on my rear view camera in my car.
I get that like there's a scan line mismatch and that's why it's blinking in and out but what's going on with it?
