I did a lot of rigging for the model, the scabbard moves with the clothing, the hair has a lot of options to be moved, I can switch the sword between left, right and both hand movement

so, what I did was: I created a shader in blender that does color quantization according to a palette from lospec, and dithers with basically the same halftone shading code I had for the shadows already between the two closest matching colors (if the color does not match very closely).
