Honestly, I dated men who didn’t hit any of those benchmarks back in the day, but they were funny, smart and good at sex so I was able to look past it.

And they treat sex as transactional, then get mad that the women they attract also treat sex as transactional. It’s clear that they don’t care about pleasing women or having real conversations with them. Its not hard to understand why women interested in companionship and decent sex avoid them.

The thing is, it doesn’t matter. Either way it was murder.

Trump is calling people who protest ICE in their communities “far-left terrorists”. If I’m a “far-left terrorist“ who needs to be surveilled for the good of the nation, then Trump is in a huge amount of trouble because in reality I’m a pragmatic center-left and also kind of boring.

I have to assume that a lot of these parents have never had to be genuinely afraid for their children’s lives, because that is something that changes you on a fundamental level. And that’s just not a state of affairs that was possible any time before vaccines, when HALF of kids didn’t grow up

Yep. We got them all because I read history and am so excited to live in a time when I don’t have to watch my children die of measles or whooping cough.
