Schools make anti bullying policies and restrict speech often, but it only matters to free speech orgs like FIRE when it's protecting trans kids.

You really have but I really don't care at this point. We are still in the same place here. You aren't convincing me by pointing to the first amendment constantly when you know damn well that exceptions exist and are regularly enforced, your org isn't interested in protecting trans teachers or kids

They didn't though. They created a law that was tailored to protect trans kids, you've stated you believe the dangers of such a law out way the benefit... I want to know how that law specifically is more dangerous than other anti bullying laws that exist alongside the 1st amendment

But FIRE filed a brief in favor of the plaintiff in that case right? We've already done this you know. I know you think the first amendment right to bully is more important Ari, I just don't agree.

So law says kid can request pronouns with schools, teachers have to respect that. Not sure how your thing applies .
