It's particularly bad tonight. Exacerbated by anxieties about worries about my friend group. Every negative feeling is amplified with a cold sort of clarity that chills me.
But I have to see this through. I'm not living, if I'm stuck on medication like that for the rest of my life, I'm just not.

I know it’s just fucked up neurotransmitters being shitty right now, but I’m terrified that I’m just- crushing all the goodwill anyone has towards me any time I speak at all, no matter the conversation, my ability to read intent is just GONE right now, it’s hell
