Next step of the bergamot box (made from orange peel). Gilding the lid! Interestingly I couldn’t mask it off because the essential oils in the skin stopped tape sticking. A lesson in concentration and patience 😁! #craftwithcuriosity #oldcraft #maker #craft #goldleaf

So, I’ve been trying to work out what to do with those orrible citrus nets (that we can’t recycle in our area). Came up with a woven dish scrubber made from wool scraps. Still not sure about the plastic but at least it has a bit more life and is washable. #recycled #rescuedrubbish #upcycled
