Well, let’s see the unintended consequences from that move. One would think we might’ve learned a few lessons from history, but obviously if you don’t read history books, you don’t learn jackshit.

On to more fun matters, making my first batch of cheery vodka given the abundance of fruit this year. Oh, cherry vodka you say? Absolutely—it’s like regular vodka, but dressed up for a party it wasn’t invited to.

Where is the counter action? Where is the meaningful leadership?
Booker: "We have a president who did nothing as people stormed our Capitol, & then when those people who viciously beat police & led to some of their deaths - therefore cop killers - were convicted, he pardoned them. So for him to be talking about responsive law enforcement is hypocritical at best"

Can someone explain to me why the Democrats are waiting until the midterms to have a leadership convention. The party is in disarray, now is the time to convalesce behind a leader who might actually set out a playbook on how to put up a resistance against the the BS we are experiencing

How many golf games could Trump have had for 120 million
We can throw away $120,000,000 flipping fighter jets into the sea, but can’t afford to give the pilots healthcare when they retire.

Seems double is different to two times? What utter verbal garbage from Trump

Such a simple concept, but obviously one beyond the comprehension of a small section of our country
You can’t say criminals don’t deserve due process when due process is the thing that decides if they're criminals. Otherwise you're just kidnapping people you don't like.

We told the truth about who he is. It has nothing to do with any other Italian or person of Italian descent. He was a mass-murderer, thief, enslaver, torturer, and incompetent governor who was despised by his own men & fellow officers and died penniless after being imprisoned.

Our Mega friends are now good with kidnapping. At what point do they feel enough is enough? It must be causing ulcers in some people to try and justify this.
If you kidnap and disappear a
4-year-old with stage 4 cancer, you should at a minimum spend the rest of your life behind bars.

If you do it as part of an ethnic cleansing program, you should do your hard time at the Hague.

Trump dozed off at the Pope’s funeral, guess even a eulogy about humility couldn’t keep him awake.

How any American can support this is beyond my comprehension.
CECOT isn’t a prison—it’s a torture chamber built on mass incarceration and fear.

No trials. No sunlight. Just starvation, beatings, and silence. The EL Salvadoran govt says they’ll “never get out.”

This is a human rights nightmare.

Many hardworking people don’t have the luxury of studying economics yet global financial shifts will impact their jobs, prices, and savings in the next 4–6 months. Ignoring these cycles won’t stop them—but understanding the basics can help
The key chart right now:

Usually US economic pain is cushioned by falling bond yields and a strengthening dollar, which mean lower interest rates and more spending power for consumers.

This time we’re seeing the opposite, meaning the pain will be amplified.

Is the current administration thinking: Do we double down on tariffs to really test how high prices can go, or do we admit that maybe—just maybe—trade should involve actual trade-offs? Stay tuned for the next episode of "Economic Policies Written by People Who Failed Econ 101”

Due process is the foundation of freedom and without it, it is modern day slavery.
Joe Rogan explains to his audience why due process is important and quotes Ben Franklin — "it is better 100 guilty persons should escape than that one innocent person should suffer.”

He argues against shipping people to a prison in El Salvador without trial because we think they’re gang members.
