Doing it this way is cute because you get that scene where he tries again with those silly lines, a bit later in Act One. It always happened to me in the Underdark.

If I remember right, (it’s been a long while since I last played and even longer since I did his romance, and I remember most of the lines in Italian more than in English even with the English VA lol) it should be around the “a quiet evening blah blah blah” part.

Yup, that’s always been my approach. I prefer triggering the romance during the party, so in one run I tried turning him down the first time he flirted with me and it actually worked. Ever since then, that’s how I always play it.
