Trying to keep my spirits up for the new year, so I bought my planner for 2026... and I put a personalized message on the cover to remind me of the energy I will take into the new year -- "Sic gorgiamus allos subjectatos nunc" ("We gladly feast on those who would subdue us.").

These two donuts smile around each other constantly; they are twitterpated with one another. I imagine Dandy smiles the brightest when Astarion plays with her hair. She's very particular, & no one is allowed to mess with her hair, but she lets Astarion style it sometimes, & it feels very nice. 2/2

In any case, it's tea and toast ('cause Astarion can make those without burning anything down) and soft music and warm blankets. I think their philosophy is celebrating equals quiet and comfort 'cause true comfort is rare when you're adventuring all the time. 2/2

Sometimes, I remember that I used to make art all the time, and I'm just like, "Where did that person go? Why can't my brain do that anymore?" I don't have any answers, but, damn, I wish I could do this again. You'd all have to suffer through so much Astarion art.

It goes without saying that Dandy finds Astarion beautiful. At first, she thought him merely handsome, but love made him beautiful. She loves the way his hair curls around his ears, the barely visible beauty mark underneath his left eye, all the nuanced lines of his face, even his pronunciation. 2/3
