It was clearly armed with a full warhead. Perhaps it was intended to hit Ukraine, but instead turned into #FriendlyFire

Reports coming in that a tanker, heading to Russia, caught fire off the coast of Turkey "due to external impact."
The vessel Kairos, flying the flag of Gambia, was heading to Novorossiysk without cargo.
