The thief slips the mask on, tugging it and adjusting it to his face... Only to realize that the latex mask has now tightly latched upon his face.

Unable to take it off, the mask brainwashes the thief, replacing his identity and personality...

Now, he's the #Hobgoblin!

With his mind corrupted by the influence of the mask, Nick Wilde picks Mr. Big and throws him in a cage, announcing himself as the new crime lord of Zootopia.

Enlarging Mr. Big's chair, the masked fox sits to admire the beggining of his new criminal empire.
