gopls v0.18.0 quietly released a new "modernize" tool which automatically adjusts your #golang code to use newer std APIs and language features!

I've finally canceled my Google Photos subscription after self-hosting my own media server for several months
I'm using FolderSync + Immich to automatically upload and visualize photos from my Android phone to an external SSD connected to a RPi.
Very happy with the setup so far!

A future with no individual ownership is depressing. We own nothing in the subscription-based model.
Companies can take away the content they want as they please.
A few months ago, I started to host my own Plex media server. Just a RPi 5 with an SSD attached.
It just works.
