If you use the ramp, instead of stairs to enter a building are you "taking advantage" of the system? No! This is unnecessary gatekeeping that just denies people with disabilities access to accommodations and is most often used as a pretext to remove those accommodations.

There also needs to be a review of Supreme Court decisions which results in an actual code of conduct and consequences for those predicating judgement for grift. Otherwise this will just keep happening.
